Still Raining, Still Pouring

A soggy, chilly, very autumn day. Here and there fall colors peek through the green.

A couple of days ago there was a pair of osprey over the harbor, no doubt passing through on their way south. It was lovely to see and hear them.

Saturday hurricane Lee made a close pass resulting in a lot of wind and more rain than forecast. Tides were at a low so very little beach flooding or erosion. Still, we were all reminded that we are overdue for a Big One.

  1. I think the remnants of Lee are predicted to reach us. Not as dangerous by that point, thankfully.

    1. I hope that by the time it reaches you Lee is much reduced.
